De Anza will hold its 57th annual commencement celebration on Saturday, June 29, beginning at 3 p.m. in the Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara, California.
Remember to Apply for Your Degree
If you're planning to graduate, you must apply for your degree by completing the online form. If you'd like some assistance with using Degree Works or determining your eligibility to graduate, your counselor can help.

The graduation celebration is open to all students who are earning an associate degree (A.A., A.S., A.A.-T or A.S.-T) during the 2023-24 academic year, including the 2024 summer session.
- Please plan to arrive early: Doors will open at 1 p.m.
- After the ceremony, you're welcome to take photos in the Red Carpet area with Roary the Mountain Lion and other fun props.
Order Grad Regalia Now!
You can purchase Graduation Packs – which include a cap, gown, tassel and diploma cover – and affinity stoles from the De Anza Bookstore, through the online store or at the campus store in the RSS Building.
- Orders can be shipped to the store on campus or to your home.
- You must place your order by June 14 in order to receive your items in time for the celebration on Saturday, June 29.
- If you need financial assistance in purchasing a gown, email Chelsey Taniguchi at taniguchichelsey@deanza.edu with your name and CWID.
Faculty and Staff Regalia
Faculty members, classified professionals and administrators can now rent regalia for Graduation from the De Anza Bookstore. You must place your order no later than Wednesday, May 15. See more tips for employees.

Note: Photographers Will Be Present
There will be photographers and videographers recording activities before, during and after the graduation ceremony.
