Extended Opportunity Programs & Services (EOPS)

Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) helps students facing social, economic, educational, or linguistic barriers enroll and succeed at California community colleges.

We offer academic and support counseling, financial aid, and other services to help students stay enrolled and reach their educational and career goals.

EOPS students who are single parents receiving public assistance can also join CARE (Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education). CARE provides additional support so students can gain the education, training, and skills they need for self-sufficiency and upward mobility.
