This was a very busy week. Some RAPP members were absent due to the VP Instruction Finalists Forum and other commitments.

Approval of minutes April 15, 2025

The committee reached quorum (14 out of 24 members) at 10:06 am.

No edits. No objections to the minutes. Minutes approved at 10:11 am.

Group work - finalize APRU Annual Program Review Update forms resubmitted

The committee continued with their finalization of the APRU. Six were asked to resubmit. The resubmissions were emailed two weeks ago to committee members to review and come prepared to provide feedback in their small groups. Each group has the links to their assigned resubmissions in their  group folder. 

Mallory Newell did a roll call to make sure each group had sufficient members to conduct the review. The groups without enough members were to complete their work before the next meeting. 

The small groups worked in their respective breakout rooms from 10:14 to 10:45 am.

RAPP Training on Personnel Requests

The chairs, Mallory Newell and Lydia Hearn, decided to postpone this item until next week since there were only 13 members present. Group members were dismissed as they finished their APRU reviews.
