    Measure G Update
    • Board approved final funding amounts
      • $30 million allocated for Creative Arts building project
    • Two-phase project:
    1. New Creative Arts quad/complex in Flint Center footprint
    2. Student Services building in current A-quad location after Creative Arts moves
    • Project scope reduced from original plans due to funding limitations
    • Programming and design phase to begin for Creative Arts building
    • Student Services building planning to run concurrent with Creative Arts construction
    RAPP (Resource Allocation and Planning) Updates
    • Four meetings held since October
    • Program review timeline:
      • Final reviews due January 8th
      • Winter quarter: thorough program review and feedback
    • Personnel requests for new positions due November 8th
    • Different processes for:
      • New positions (through RAPP)
      • Vacant positions (through Executive Team)
      • Instructional positions (two-quarter process)
    • Jayme Brown from Outreach self-nominated for RAPP position

    DASG (De Anza Student Government) Updates
    • Upcoming Events:
      • First time event, generated excitement from staff
      • Marketing materials and flyers in development
      • Noted as excellent opportunity for holiday shopping
      • Homecoming Dance: November 8th, 6-9 PM
      • Homecoming Football Game: Following Saturday
