Here Are the Steps to Get Started
- Check the list below to find courses offered during school hours or after school hours.
- Speak to your high school counselor about which classes you want to take.
- Apply for admission to De Anza
- If you are a new student, this form will only be processed if an online application for the quarter has been accepted.
- If you are a returning student – unless you are attending winter, spring or fall quarter directly before the quarter listed on this form – you must submit a new application for the quarter.
- Submit the College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) High School Permission Form
- This High School Permission form is reserved for students participating in the CCAP program ONLY. If you are not participating in CCAP, please visit: https://www.deanza.edu/admissions/dual/ for more information and steps to enroll.
- Allow 7-10 business days for your form to process.
- You may contact your high school academic counselor or the De Anza CCAP senior program coordinator (dadualenrollment@deanza.edu) to confirm you are on the list for registration.
