General Counseling Office Hours

Please visit the General Counseling office to speak with a staff member (not a counselor) at our front desk. Call us in advance to inquire about in-person Counseling appointments and drop-in.

Winter Quarter Schedule 

In-person and virtual assistance with a Staff Member

  • Mondays - Thursdays: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Fridays: 9 AM - 1 PM

Drop-in Hours 

  • Monday/Tuesday- 10 AM-12PM
  • Wednesday/Thursday-12PM-2PM

Extended Drop-in Hours 

  • Jan 6th and Jan 7th - 9 AM - 5 PM

All counseling appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Office Closures 

  • Winter Break - December 24, 2024 - January 1, 2025 - Christmas and New Year Holiday
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday - January 20, 2025
  • Presidents' Holiday - February 14-17, 2025
